The Madsen Group has experience managing tornado, flood and other catastrophic damage, working closely with insurance adjusters, tenants, owners and contractors.
We also work closely with an attorney to manage evictions and collections/wage garnishments. Our applicants are very thoroughly screened. We require proof of income, rental verifications (no evictions in the past two years) and credit and criminal background checks.

After a successful 20 year legal career, Pam decided to follow her passion into real estate
.As a licensed broker, she can help you buy or sell your personal home or invest in one of the “best 10 markets to buy investment property”, according to Money Magazine.
As the owner of several investment properties herself, both in California and Indiana, she had years of personal experience managing rental property. Her love of the process led her to begin helping other investors build their own portfolios. She works with a lot of out of state investors who can’t make rentals work where they live because of the high cost of purchasing real estate. She will identify a property, act as the realtor to purchase, manage the rehab, then rent the property and manage the tenants.
Her goal is for her clients to have to do nothing but receive rents payments each month. Her team of contractors, a bookkeeper and an office manager have worked together for years and take pride in the integrity and professionalism they strive for every day.
