The Madsen Group does an excellent job! They work ver hard with you to accomplish your goals. Statements are professional, timely and easy to read. When we decided to sell one of our properties, The Madsem Group's contractors did excellent work. Painting, electrical, carpentry, etc. was completed in a timely manner. Once the work was done, we sold the property withing four weeks of listing--all thanks to The Madsen Group. We highly recommend The Madsen Group to anyone looking for a property manager.
